2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to your account on business.sportingscouter.com and to every purchase. Our services are for organisers of sports events and those acting on their behalf (companies, associations, public bodies and professionals), for their professional activity. By creating an account or buying, you confirm that this is the case, that you are authorised to bind the entity you name, and that this statement is true. We do not provide services to consumers.

3. Your account

3.1 Your account details must be accurate. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping access secure.

3.2 You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send invitations to people whose data you may not use, or to try to access other organisers’ data.

3.3 We may suspend the account if these terms are seriously breached, after telling you and, where possible, giving you a chance to put it right.

4. Services and prices

Service What it includes Price (excl. VAT)
Finisher Feedback (per edition) Sending, on your behalf, up to 500 invitations to the participants on the list you give us, collecting the responses, and a report €149
Pack of +100 invitations 100 extra Finisher Feedback invitations, valid for 12 months €30
Widget (per year) The event’s public reviews on your registration page, for 12 months €49
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

5. Payment, VAT and invoice

5.1 Payment is one-off and in advance, through Stripe checkout. We do not store card details.

5.2 The VAT due is the VAT shown on the invoice.

5.3 We issue the invoice within 48 hours of payment, using the details you give at checkout (billing address and, if you have one, VAT number). You are responsible for their accuracy.

5.4 Each purchase contract is formed when you accept these terms at checkout and payment is confirmed. We keep the accepted version and the date.

6. Rules for each service

6.1 Finisher Feedback. You send us the participant list and decide when the invitations go out. Invitations are sent in your name: your entity is the controller of the participants’ data and warrants that it may use them for this purpose. We process them on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement (section 8). Included invitations you do not use are not refunded and do not carry over to another edition.

6.2 Invitation pack. The invitations stay in your balance for 12 months from purchase.

6.3 Widget. It works for 12 months from purchase, on the domains you specify. It does not renew automatically. We email you 30 and 7 days before it ends. When it ends, it stops showing reviews until you renew; if you renew early, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you make reviews private, the widget is empty, with no refund.

6.4 Participant lists. You may upload the participant list of an event, even without Finisher Feedback, so that we link reviews to the list. We process it on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement (section 8).

7. Refunds

Service Full refund No refund
Finisher Feedback On request, within 14 days of payment, if no invitation has been sent After the first invitation is sent
Invitation pack On request, within 14 days of payment, if no invitation from the pack has been used After the first invitation is used; the rest stay in your balance
Widget On request, within 14 days of payment, if it has never been displayed on one of your domains After it is first displayed

7.1 Refund requests must be made in writing to . We refund to the same payment method and issue a credit note.

7.2 A refund ends access to the refunded service.

7.3 If the failure is ours (for example, a technical error that prevents delivery), we refund or activate the service, as you choose.

7.4 If you dispute the payment with your bank, access to the service is suspended until the dispute is resolved and restored if it is decided in our favour; pending invitations are not sent.

7.5 If you buy a service that is not listed in these terms, for example through a direct link, we refund it in full on request.

8. Data protection

8.1 Data we process on your behalf (today: Finisher Feedback and participant lists): the Data Processing Agreement applies; it forms part of these terms and you accept it by accepting them.

8.2 For other data, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Artificial intelligence and limits

9.1 Translations and written analyses of the reports generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or omissions. Use them to support decisions, not as established fact.

9.2 Reports show what people said. They do not measure reach, awareness or financial return.

9.3 Our liability for each purchase is limited to the price paid for it. This limit does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to death or personal injury.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days in advance of any material change; if you disagree, you may stop using the service before it takes effect and ask for a pro-rata refund of what you paid for services not yet provided. Purchases already made remain under the version you accepted.

11. Law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. Disputes go to the court of the defendant’s domicile.
