Summary. The full rules are in our Terms of Service (sections 3 and 8). Writing or commissioning fake reviews is also prohibited by law (Portuguese Decree-Law 57/2008, Art. 8). You may:
- reply publicly to reviews of your event;
- report to our team a review that breaks these rules;
- use the reports and comments to improve your events and in internal communication with your team and partners.
You may not:
- ask only happy participants for reviews, or offer prizes, discounts or anything else in exchange for reviews;
- write reviews of your own event, or ask others to do so for you;
- try to identify, contact or expose people who commented or reviewed, based on our reports;
- republish comments with the author’s name or as your own;
- upload participant lists whose data you may not use for this purpose.
If these rules are broken, we may remove reviews and suspend features or the account, under the Terms of Service.
